Most VFDs aren’t programmed to lock out critical frequencies—the speeds at which a motor inevitably fails. Critical Speed Analysis isolates and avoids these frequencies. We offer VFD Preventative Maintenance to keep drives running optimally, Troubleshooting to get fickle drives back on-line, Harmonic Mitigation reducing drive-induced electrical disturbances, and Installation, Replacement, and Repair services.
We keep them in top shape to ensure they continue to beat. We are experts in predictive techniques such as Vibration Analysis, Critical Speed Analysis, Mechanical Inspection, Alignment Verification/Adjustment, Dynamic Balancing, and Motor Circuit Analysis. We also perform Corrective Action to ensure motors are properly installed, repaired, and operationally tested.
We design, test, repair, and install fan systems to ensure optimal air comfort and fire safety and specialize in the cooling of critical equipment. As part of Commissioning teams, we perform Functional and Acceptance Testing, on new and refurbished systems to ensure they are not defective, are properly installed, and adhere to design specifications.
We find pumps aren’t correctly situated on their bases and their piping systems are not properly isolated or insulated. Consequently, you may be experiencing a resonance phenomenon known as Coherence, disrupting and causing seemingly inexplicable failures in nearby equipment. Through proprietary methods, we prevent this. We also Commission piping systems and chillers.
